As an 8(a) certified company, De Lune Corp is eligible to receive sole-source contracts from the federal government for amounts up to $4.5 million (and $7million in the case of manufacturing NAICS). It can also receive sole-source awards exceeding this threshold when the procurement agency determines that exceptions to full and open competition, as defined in FAR, exist – such as situations involving an unusual and compelling urgency.
